We accept returns for items purchased directly from elixaner.shop. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

We do not charge any restocking fees. You will only be charged once for shipping costs, including return shipping.

Please contact us first for the return instructions. Do not send your return to any address listed on the website without prior approval.
